Notes One of the earliest captures. 3 males and 2 females. "The following five Africans were seized by George Wyke Esq. Collector for having been illegally imported into this island the 16th Sep. 1807 by Woolcombe of H.M. Sloop of War Hippomenes. Their full time of apprenticeships having expired after 14 years, a certificated has been granted [to] them."
