Notes | "Il se rend à Saint-Thomas d'Afrique où il arrive le 23 septembre. La cargaison est debarqué aux mains du consignataire, Dom [sic] Carlos de Juan"". Il ne chargerait rien, se dirigerait sur Saint-Thomas des Antilles, atteinte après six semaines de route. Il n'y trouve pas de fret et decide lors de toucher à Saint-Yago de Cuba, atteinte le 13 février 1825. Là, il attend une cargaison de café qu'il conduit à Nantes, où il désarme le 2 juin 1825. En première instance, le navire est acquitté. Sur appel du procureur, il est condamné le 2 septembre 1826. Le capitaine est interdit de tout commandement, et figure à la liste officielle de 1826." |
