Notes Le bâtiment se retrouve au Sénégal, où les autorités prennent avis du ministère. Le 8 septembre 1820, la condamnation est prononcée et après appel, elle est confirmée à Marseille le 3 août 1821. Le capitaine Lambert est interdit de tout commandement, ce dont on trouve confirmation dans une liste établie par les bureaux en 1823 et dans la liste officielle de 1826.
