Notes Le navire est capturé avec des Noirs à bord dans les eaux martiniquaises. Le cabinet britannique : "la saisie du navire pour motif de contravention à la loi du 15 avril 1818 relative à la répression de la traite des Noirs la confiscation de ce bâtiment a été prononcée du trinunal de première instance de Fort-Royal rendu le 12 mai dernier et devenu definitif. En 1838, un dossier de la Martinique évoque encore la prise et la libération de 204 Noirs, dont certains provenaient du Céron.
