Notes En fai, il apparaît que le navire siasi à la côte d'Afrique, est jugé à Saint-Louis du Sénégal le 1er juin 1826. Conovyé par le petit croiseur La Toulonnaise, il arrive à Brest le 8 août : le consul d'Angleterre, Perrier, en avise immédiatement le consul à Nantes, Clayton, qui avise Londres. Deux Noirs sont à bord qui affirment que le navire n'a pas fait la traite. Mais les capteurs fraçais ont trouvé à bord des fers `esclaves, qui ont motivé la capture.
