Notes Le navire est vu dans la rade de Saint-Yago par la corvette royale La Sapho, commandant Delassale d'Harader. Il a déchargé ses Noirs le 1er janvier 1822. Le commandant français n'a pas réagi : voir, d'ailleurs, L'Amélie. Le second capitaine du navire confirme la traite. Fleuriau, commandant à la station des Antilles le fait également. Les poursuites aboutissent. Le 2 août 1823, le capitaine Paqué est interdit de tout commandement. Il figure à la liste officielle de 1826. Il n'a pas sollicité sa grâce. Il s'est probablement converti dans l'armement et sera négrier.
