Notes Exceptionnellement dès son arrivée à la Guadeloupe en juillet 1820, le navire est frappé des soupçons de l'autorité maritime. Il aurait chargé ses Noirs avec l'aide de La Désirée. Le cuisinier Briquet dénonce la traite. Le bateau est Jugé en 1822, le capitaine empêché. Il est condamné au Havre le 14 Juin 1825, pour une expédition du Cosmopolite, mais il n'est pas assuré qu'il s'agisse de la présente. Il figure à la liste officielle de 1826.
