Le jugement porte qu'il y a rupture du traité entre Grande-Bretagne et Portugal signé le 22 janvier 1815, et le traité de paix du 30 mai 1814 entre la France et l'Angleterre. Le navire est vendu aux enchères. Il n'y a pas de protestations françaises.
