Notes Par arrêt du 5 janvier dernier [1824] la commission spéciale d'appel à la Guadaloupe a prononcé la confiscation du navire La Pauline Amanda et l'intridiction de son capitaine Planté, pour avoir opéré au mois d'octobre dernier un versement de 416 noirs de traite dans cette colonie. Mais il parâit que ce bâtiment n'a pu être saisi et qu'il vient d'être expédié de nouveau pour la côte d'Afrique.
