Notes L'on ne sait rien des conditions de la procédure. Mais le capitaine Morin figure à la liste officielle des capitaines condamnés publiée en 1826. Les soupçons sont communiqués au Sénégal. Le navire, capturé par la crosière française de répression le 24 janvier 1825, est conduit à Cayenne "sur la foi de l'ordre générale du 12 août 1823". Mais il n'a pas de Noirs à bord.
